I thought my cats were loud! On another NWF trip to Austin, TX, we saw firsthand the contribution bats make to that city. People line the banks of the river with their glasses of wine and beer\u2014staring at this bridge just waiting for the sun to go down. Then a large wave of bats flies into the sky. What a sight!<\/p>\n\n<p  class=\" has-medium-font-size\" >A love of wildlife brings people together, and this bonding is so critical when so many, especially young people, are connected to their devices.
