Sea Summit at Marblehead is a coastal bluff\u2011top residential community developed by Taylor Morrison as part of the larger Marblehead Coastal project in San Clemente, California. It features homes and extensive open space and trails integrated with the natural landscape. One hundred acres of 100% native plant habitat is built by NWF partner, Taylor Morrison. The home builder focuses on building\u00a0sustainable communities<\/a>\u00a0and conserving nature as a priority which led to an exclusive partnership with NWF starting in 2019.<\/p>\n\n
