November concludes Arkansas Wildlife Federation’s pilot of the first-of-its-kind Private Lands Leadership Academy. This unique program provides comprehensive training for early career conservation delivery professionals, in which participants receive approximately 60 instructional hours over a 9-month period. The goal is to develop leaders in the private lands conservation field, creating stronger, lasting outcomes for wildlife habitat and species diversity in Arkansas.
