Bowling Green Plants 100 Trees

Native tree seedlings were handed out to Bowling Green State University students, staff, and faculty at their annual Eco-Fair. Participants were engaged in a short discussion to learn about the importance trees play in the community and how people can make a difference starting with their tree seedling. Every single tree seedling was given away, and after the tree seedlings were gone, the staff continued to talk to people about the importance of trees. Species planted: American arborvitae.
