The City of Pharr hosted the Earth Day & Arbor Day Celebration, at the Pharr/Vanguard Academy Nature & Birding Center. The event welcomed over 140 attendees, including families, students, artists, and community members. Highlights included a tree planting demonstration, and a variety of eco-friendly vendor exhibits and children’s activities.
