Working with diverse stakeholders through Clean Water for All, NWF successfully advocated to pass landmark new state laws to protect important streams and wetlands that lost federal protections from pollution and destruction as a result of a 2023 U.S. Supreme Court decision – Sackett v. EPA. This monumental victory followed a similar one in Colorado in 2024.
