Sun Prairie city-staff hosted a native tree seedling giveaway for Arbor Day at the Sun Prairie Historic Museum where 300 seedlings were distributed at the event. Despite the rain, there was a great turn out! A tree-related scavenger hunt was also offered at the museum for an extra seedling. Species planted: sycamore, serviceberry, nannyberry, white pine, American hazelnut, bur oak. Learn more about NWF’s Trees for Wildlife program impact!
